[netCDF #JWP-216930]: FW: Errore_netcdf

Hello,

It appears that when you ran `configure`, you did not specify an installation 
location, e.g. :

    $ ./configure --prefix=(desired installation location)

As a result, 'make install' is attempting to copy the files into the location 
where they already exist, which is being prohibited by the local filesystem.  
Try setting a different desired installation location and let us know if the 
error persists.
