[netCDF #HSE-487299]: ncdump for Windows 10?

Hello,

We provide the binaries for Windows, which can be downloaded and installed from
https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/winbin.html. We do not
provide binaries for OSX, but there are a number of package managers (homebrew,
macports, conda) which can be used to download and install netCDF without the
need to compile and install the code yourself.

I hope this helps, have a great day,

-Ward
