[netCDF #DRR-733550]: Does the NetCDF-C library work with Visual Studio 2019 and Windows 10?

Good afternoon,

I have not tried building against VS 19, although hopefully it should work.  I 
am currently downloading the community edition of Visual Studio 19 and will see 
if I'm able to build.  

What version of netCDF-C are you trying to build?
