[netCDF #TDS-554471]: Problem with nc reference when compiling Trilinos

Hello,

I am not familiar with Trilinos, but it sounds like you are not properly 
linking against the netCDF library when compiling Trilinos.  You might contact 
the Trilinos development team/support and see if they can provide you with any 
help in compiling their software, as it sounds like the issue is with the build 
and not netCDF itself.
