[netCDF #KZZ-335340]: Question regarding downloading opendap data through netCDF library

Maybe.
The .netrc and .dodsrc files do not need to be
in your home directory, if that is the issue.
But you will need to create them somewhere
(even /tmp, although that is a security risk).
Is there nowhere you can create them?
