[netCDF #CMF-996026]: Creating NetCDF-4 F77 codes by using "ncgen" from *.cdl file.

Using the flag NF_CLASSIC_MODEL will produce a netcdf-4 file.
If you choose to use NF_NETCDF4, it probably will work also.
