[netCDF #ETM-613344]: Report NetCDF4

Hello Boris,

I cannot say for sure what the problem is without more information about what 
platform you're on and how you've configured netcdf but I can make a guess.  
Since the code is compiling properly but failing at runtime, I suspect that 
your hdf5 libraries are not on your LD_LIBRARY_PATH.  If they are in 
/usr/local/lib, for example, you would want to run 'make check' as follows:

    $ LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib make check

Let me know if this solves your issue.  If not, please send in your 
'config.log' generated when you configure netcdf and I will see what we can 
figure out.  Thanks!
