Thank you for your email, and I apologize for the long delay in responding.

I agree with your suggestion - we will discuss your proposed addition and
decide how best to include this.

Just to confirm the intent - this extra meta-data would cover information
on how the data fields have been censored/filtered using criteria such as
SNR limits, CSI limits etc. Is that correct?
