[McIDAS #LZE-711095]: glmtools ABI gridded data with McIDas

Correct, support for the GLM gridded/image composites was added
in 2019.

This is certainly understandable!  I suggest that upgrading to the newly
released SSEC v2020.1 version would be a "good thing" :-)

The GLM gridded/image products are treated as images, so overlaying
various fields will work as for other images.

As far as log scaling goes, adding this capability to the ABIN servers
and also moving the various configuration settings for Level 2 products
into user modifiable configuration files is one of the things on my
ToDo list.
