[McIDAS #LOB-532260]: Error building McIDAS-X 2016

NB: These instructions _assume_ that McIDAS-X has been installed in
the 'mcidas' account, AND that the HOME directory for the 'mcidas'
account is /home/mcidas.  Since your installation does not follow
these assumptions, you need to adjust the paths included in the various
settings to match your installation.

The easiest thing to do is to follow the instructions in:

Preparing the mcidas Account
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/mcidas/current/users_guide/PreparingthemcidasAccount.html

These instructions are embodied in the '.cshrc' file that I provided
for you for building McIDAS-X.
