[McIDAS #MFA-445809]: Cross section from multiple NetCDF radiosonde files

The first question is if you are using McIDAS-X or McIDAS-V (there is a
BIG difference)?  I assume that you are using McIDAS-V since McIDAS-X
does not support use of netCDF files for upper air storage/use.
If you are using McIDAS-V I will likely had this over to our IDV
folks as they should be able to help you (McIDAS-V is built on top
of our IDV package (and that is built on top of VisAD)).
