Yes, McIDAS has grown considerably since 2.102.

The amount of memory used by McIDAS is one of the biggest changes between
2.x and 7.x (even between 7.1 and 7.[45]).  It could be that this machine
needs a lot more RAM in order to support more users concurrently.

Right.  This is even more true with the later versions of McIDAS.

Sounds good.

You probably mean from the Fkey menu.  Remember that the Fkey menu (and
Unidata GUI) gets information from the file SYSKEY.TAB.  SYSKEY.TAB,
in turn, needs to be updated by the decoders so that information needed
by the Fkey menu is current/valid.  This means:

o SYSKEY.TAB (and ROUTE.SYS) must be located in the directory in which
  the ldm-mcidas decoders create their output data files

o each user's session must have a REDIRECTion that points to the copy
  of SYSKEY.TAB that has been placed in the directory in which the
  ldm-mcidas decoders create their output data files

Right off, you can see from the list that a number of products are turned off
('s' in column 1 of a ROUTE listing).  So, you will never see these products.

If we eliminate those products from the listing, we get:

The first product in this list, the NLDN lightning data, is only received/
decoded if you have signed up to get the feed from SUNY Albany.  Since I
don't know if you have done this, let's eliminate this one from the
discussion for now.

In the remaining products in the listing the only ones you have not received
any data for are ones created by ROUTE PostProcess BATCH files:
product codes N1-N8.  The rest of the entries show that you are receiving
(and presumably decoding) the products that are expected.

I am guessing that the problem is that the account for the user running
the LDM has not been correctly configured to run ROUTE PP BATCH files.
This is a straightforward process, but it is a little confusing the first
time, so I would be happy to logon to your machine and poke around.
