I don't think it's a problem that many other machines are connecting to
yours. I am not familiar with 'arp', but that information doesn't
reveal much for me.

I'm guessing that hops 14 and 15 are firewalls. These times seem good.
Does the latency vary over time? From how many different sites are you
requesting? And, are the latencies bad from all of them?
If the latencies are bad enough that you are losing products, we can
increase the default latency value from 60 minutes to something longer
to tide you over if and when we can solve the latency problem. Would
you like to do that?
