[IDV #ZTE-803919]: IDV won't boot

Hi Keah,

It looks like there is some conflicts with other applications running on the 
Mac, could you close all applications or restart your
Mac and launch IDV first? This process helps ensure that the IDV is starting in 
a clean environment without interference from other applications that may be 
running in the background.
