Hi Dan,

We have got two users reported the similar issue that IDV view window not 
launching in the MacOS Ventura, I 
have been working with SSEC developers on this problem. I wonder what's the 
version of your students Mac. There
are online discussions of similar problems related to the Venture. The new 
MacOS Sonoma may be the solution, but
I don't have a machine to test it out.
