[IDV #ALX-584844]: support-idv



Hi Zilore,

Please tell us a bit more about the Linux system you are running by reporting
back to us the output of 'uname -a'?

Also, can you tell us about your hardware? Is this a Raspberry Pi or an ARM
device? Or is it just a regular desktop or laptop computer?
