[IDV #ALX-584844]: support-idv

Hi Zilore,

Building the IDV from source is not something I really recommend as it requires
careful coordination between the correct version of Java, Java 3d, JOGL, and
your IDE.

Unless you really need to build it from source, I would simply recommend
downloading it:

https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/idv/
