[IDV #ZVX-154712]: TRANSECT

My bad.  I was playing with Level II data and saw the Data Transect listed under
the Level II volume and thought the IDV can't do that!  So I removed it.  But,
I guess it does work for the individual sweeps, so it'll be back in tomorrow's 
build.
