[IDV #UKI-813083]: IDV - problem



Hi-

To access the remote sounding (or other) data, you must have some ports
unblocked by your firewall to enable the connection.  On the latest versions, 
you only need to have port 112 open.  For the version you are running, you 
may need ports 500 and 503 open as well.

I would also suggest that you upgrade to the latest version (2.0).  We no
longer support version 1.1.
