[IDV #ESY-666572]: IDV - setting size of image display

It depends on how you are creating the captured images.  You can set the
default size of the window using the Default Bundle (File->Default->Save)
but this will save off any data sources and displays as well.  If you
don't have any loaded, then it will just save the window position and
projecction.  You could also save a bundle (File->Save As) after setting 
your display for the particular size.  In the bundle save dialog, only
select the Views to be saved. Then, when you start the IDV, you can just 
pass the bundle location on the command line (e.g. runIDV my_bundle_location)
which will load in the default bundle.
