[IDV #XEP-957693]: IDV - minus sign not selected

I would expect this also, but in reality this is typical text editors.
For example, if you are viewing this message in a text editor and
double click on -20393, you'll notice that only the number portion 
is selected.  A double click only selects the "word" where the click
occurs and the minus sign (-) is considered a separate word.  Try
this in a web browser:

- go to www.google.com
- type in -foo bar
- double click on bar and you'll see bar highlighted
- double click on -foo and you'll see just foo highlighted.
- triple click in the box and the whole line is selected.

So, the solution is to triple click or alternatively use Ctrl-A which
selected the entire line. I've gone to using the latter in this widget
for just this reason.

This is compounded in the IDV because the text shifts to the right
and the minus sign is hidden so you don't know it's not selected.
We'll see if we control the shifting in a future release.
