[IDV #TVE-795542]: IDV - Just trying to load a default bundle for "earth-temp" (New IDV 1.3b2 -alpha 2)

The only way to change a bundle that points to an old file to point to
the latest is to recreate it by selecting the latest entry from the catalog
and then recreating the displays and saving a new bundle.  Editing the old
bundle would be too prone to errors.

Sorry that there's not an easier way.
