I've tried to recreate this, so since I'm not sure how you are 
getting this message, I'll need to ask some questions. 

- What is the name of the dataset you were trying to access from
adde.ucar.edu? Was it the Visible imagery from RTIMAGES?
- When did this error pop up  (what action caused this error)?
