I'm guessing from the filename, that this is a Level III file not
a Level II file.  Is that correct?  I'm guessing this because
Level II files don't usually have a WMO type name (NXUS63).

As I mentioned, the IDV does not yet read local Level III files.

At this point, if it is truly a Level II file, then if you could
send me one or put it out on an FTP or HTTP server for me to
pick up, I could look further.
