We figured out the problem, so there's no need to send the files
I requested.

The "problem" is that you are probably set up to use 
Portugese (Brazil) as you regional setting.  The problem is that
we read in a value from the paramdefaults.xml like:

952.0

expecting it to be:

952.0

but in the localization you have, that is read as:

9520

since the decimal point is a separator and , is the decimal point.

The quick solution is to change your localization to be English (United States).
This is the only localization we really support.  We will look at
changing this.
