[IDD #CWR-357624]: LDM queue keeps growing

Hi,

I just looked at the rtstats that nrt-ldmworker-prod-556c.x.gina.alaska.edu
is reporting, and I see that it is a source of data only:

https://rtstats.unidata.ucar.edu/cgi-bin/rtstats/iddstats_topo_nc?EXP+nrt-ldmworker-prod-556c.x.gina.alaska.edu

Since the data volume plot for the single feed type being reported, EXP,
is non-zero:

https://rtstats.unidata.ucar.edu/cgi-bin/rtstats/iddstats_vol_nc?EXP+nrt-ldmworker-prod-556c.x.gina.alaska.edu

it should mean that there is/are one or more processes being run, probably
outside of the LDM process group, that is/are inserting products into
an LDM queue.

My wild guess is that one or more of these processes is specifying that
the queue that it should use is:

~ldm/var/queues/ldmd.pq

and not the queue specified in your LDM registry, ~ldm/etc/registry.xml.

Can you verify/refute the above conjecture?

Also, I have been promoting the idea that we should have a (Google) Meet
with you so that we could see your environment first hand (via you
sharing your desktop). Would you be open to doing a Meet today?

Cheers,

Tom
