[THREDDS #WOW-825479]: FNMOC products not accessible

The Wave Watch productsfrom NCEP are coming through NGRID. Here is the pqact
we use to drive the "Forecast Model Data" 
(https://thredds.ucar.edu/thredds/idd/forecastModels.xml) catalog:

I though COAMPS grids were still being produced?
