[IDD #QEC-423774]: Need to register a new LDM server

You sent your email to the correct place!

I just verified that there is both forward and reverse DNS for you new
machine, zephyr.meas.ncsu.edu.  Because of this, you should be able
to REQUEST feeds from idd.unidata.ucar.edu in exactly the same way
that you did on measwx.meas.ncsu.edu.

To test that you can REQUEST the feeds that you want/need, do the
following:

<as 'ldm' on zephyr.meas.ncsu.edu>

notifyme -vl- -f ANY -h idd.unidata.ucar.edu

Success will be indicated by there being a line in your output that
looks like:

20190605T183301.406615Z notifyme[3181] NOTE ldm5_clnt.c:294:forn_signon() 
NOTIFYME(idd.unidata.ucar.edu): OK

The 'OK' is the operative indicator in this line.
