[IDD #UNV-402209]: Our noaaport machine

At one point, we were able to make LDM REQUESTs to your machine,
but even then there was a problem with the data flow (meaning that a fraction
of the volume of NOAAPort ingest data was making it to us).  I just checked
wither a 'notifyme' run on gale.unidata.ucar.edu, oliver.unidata.ucar.edu,
emo.unidata.ucar.edu and agg1.unidata.ucar.edu, and none of these machines
can connect to  Here is a representative 'notifyme' listing:

The fact that we are getting Access denied messages says that an appropriate
ALLOW is missing in the ~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf file on

2015 has been very interesting so far!  For the past few days the high 
have been in the 70s F here in Boulder and above 60 F at my house which is at
8150' elevation!  Very interesting January to be sure!!
