[IDD #JHR-989766]: Assistance in becoming a Unidata user

> Hi Tom,

Hi Jennifer,

Tom is on travel and has limited access to e-mail, so I will jump in a bit here
:)

I see you still have the queue size at 200MB, you ~may want to increase that,
disc I/O is a bad thing :)

Queue size is configurable in ldmadmin-pl.conf, it would be wise to view the
volume of the feeds you will be requesting and make sure you can accommodate
them in the queue without going to disc.

You can view volumes of the feeds at:

http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/cgi-bin/rtstats/siteindex?idd.unidata.ucar.edu

..and select "volume". This will give you an idea on how to size your queue.

All else looks quite good, but Tom may chime something else in :)
