[IDD #DBF-760900]: How to join the IDD network?

Hi Laurie, 

Odd, I'll begin viewing the logs on the NSF machine to see what is going on..

In the interim, could you please try the same requests, but to our local 
machine:

idd.unidata.ucar.edu

Please try the same commands replacing: 

idd.cise-nsf.gov with idd.unidata.ucar.edu

We'll figure it out :)
