Re: 20050817:Allow for GEM Feed

Bonjour Marc and Rhesa,

It appears as if the traceroute is making it to the CMC domain...?

Could there be firewall restrictions that are coming into play?

hop 15 is hitting a firewall..

I believe Rhesa got an "access denied from remote server" error message
when executing:

notifyme -vl - -h ldm.meteo.ec.gc.ca -o 72000 -f CMC

..which would indicate either:

1) no allow for adiabat on ldm.meteo.ec.gc.ca
2) or some other server restriction

Do you know your queue size on:

ldm.meteo.ec.gc.ca  ?

Do you see any connect attempts in your log files from adiabat, if so, can
you please send to me.

...also, for more verbose logging you can:

issue a "kill -USR2"

to the pqact process to enter into verbose logging to your ldmd.log file,
and see more info re the connection from adiabat. (issue a
second kill -USR2 to cycle to debug, and a 3rd to go back to normal
logging).

What is the IP# of adiabat
