In restricting access by downstream LDM-s based on feedtype, the
upstream LDM searches the ALLOW entries in the LDM configuration-file.
The controlling entry will be the FIRST entry whose ERE matches the
downstream hostname or IP address AND whose feedtype intersection (i.e.,
bitwise AND) is non-empty.

At least, that's what the code says.
