Mike,

The down time corresponds to the expected solar eclipse outage, but it
seems to be lasting longer than the "up to 20 minutes" advertised. Our
Channel 1 is also down and the Channels 2 and 3 seem a bit weaker than
normal.

It was interesting that for the past week our signal strength on Port 1
was finally up in the ballpark of the other ports, where before it was
always running a few Eb No's lower.
