Since we are your upstream site.... I thought it was most appropriate if I
respond.
While our feed has had some slowdowns... we have recieved data no problem.  A
traceroute from here to there shows the following:
10  sl-e2-mae-0-1-0.sprintlink.net (144.228.10.42)  47 ms  26 ms  55 ms
11  * mae-east.att-disc.net (192.41.177.8)  145 ms  107 ms
12  wpafbbr-aip.att-disc.net (135.206.251.1)  145 ms *  147 ms
13  * router-REEF1ATM0-0-1-multipoint.wan.wpafb.af.mil (198.97.67.35)  131 ms  1

58 ms
14  * *

So it looks like a bottleneck at one of the af.mil routers and at mae-east (big
supprise).
