19991108: eta and ngm



Dave,
The Q for the third letter specifies the grid 211, so that
should be the only projection.

You stated previously that your latencies were only 6 minutes,
but I find from the stats sent by twister that you are over 60 minutes,
so you are likely losing data there. You probably need to look at your 
network traceroutes, your machine load, and your upstream reception.
