19990723: No WSI feed from wsihcsn.unidata.ucar.edu to iita at 99072319 (fwd)

Celia,

The satellite frequency of the WSI signal was changed today.
WSI said they mailed out the notification of the change
2-3 months ago to our main contact...not sure who that is?!

Mike Schmidt has reprogrammed the receiver for the new frequency
and data is now arriving.
