Subject: Completing the ring

Hello Robb and Mike,

We are experiencing a high rate of bit errors on our NOAAPort receiver. What is
the status of us hooking back up to Alden to complete the ring If we can't hook
back up to Alden, can we hook up to somebody else to complete the ring. We are
actively trying to resolve the problem, but in the meantime, without hooking up
to another noaaport LDM, we run the risk of losing products.

Please advise. I am leaving for a week vacation in San Diego early tommorrow
morning, so I'd like to be hooked up to somebody by the end of the day today.

Our host is dusk.ssec.wisc.edu.
