NEXRAD Level II Maintenance Notification - Saturday July 27th, 2019 (ROC)

Radar Operations Center Engineering will be performing routine maintenance activities effecting the ROC portion of the Level II Network (RDS (Public) path.  The activity is a security upgrade required on network devices supporting the ROC facility.  

 Start Time: 10:30 AM (Central time) Saturday July 27th, 2019
 Duration: 4 Hours
 Event: ROC Network Facility Security Updates

  The activity will take about 4 hours to complete and will effect Data flow of the "Alternate Level II Path" for up to 1 hour somewhere during that window.  (RDS Path)
 
 The Primary Data Path via the Silver Spring NL2 servers is not part of this activity.
 (No service interruption via Silver Spring path is anticipated.)

Please keep BOTH NL2 connections (Silver Spring & Norman) up to avoid data flow interruption.

• SERVER View - NL2 server & Network status (Shows site connectivity AND Silver Spring vs Norman Data flow)
