NEXRAD Level II Maintenance Notification - Today Dec 10th, 2018 (TOC)

Sorry for the LATE NOTICE.  This was not supposed to happen because of the extended CWD, the CWD was cleared this morning so the scheduled maintenance activity is back on.

OneNWSnet Support will be rebooting one of the core network routers associated with the TOC portion of the Level II Network (Silver Spring Facility) .  The activity effects the data path out of the TDS in Silver Spring to the Level II users.

(NL2) USERS ARE ADVISED TO KEEP RDS CONNECTIONS UP TODAY.

             Start Time: 10:00 PM (Central) Monday Dec 10th, 2018 (TOC)
             Duration: 2 Hours
             Event: Silver Spring Facility Router (TDS "I2" data path event).

The activities will take place over a 2 hour window and may effect data flow of the "Silver Spring Level II Path"  for up to 30 minutes.  (TDS Path)

The Norman data path via the RDS server is not part of this activity. 

  (No service interruption via the Norman path is anticipated.)

The system upgrades are subject to NCEP Critical Weather Day notification.
