Noaaport Conventional data upgrade

Hello,
As of 14:30 UTC today (day 2000 263), the conventional data servers on
noaaport.ssec.wisc.edu have been upgraded. Users should see much better
access speed, especially with grids.
If any problems are seen please notify us.
