20000915: Missing MCIDAS data

Do you mean the delta-encoded images in the Unidata-Wisconsin
datastream (LWTOA3 headers)?  If so, I want to remind you of the
cessation of broadcast of these images at 18 Z today (third
announcement was two weeks ago; individual emails sent to sites
that had not downloaded ldm-mcidas 7.6.[34] at the beginning of this
week).

I just did a notifyme to sunny.atmos.washington.edu and see that you
are getting the now standard, PNG compressed images:

I am suitably embarassed.  I though I had changed my pqact.conf file, and I have
not.
