Problems with primary GOES East server

SSEC is currently experiencing problems with our primary GOES East
server and we have switched to the backup. There is currently no
estimated uptime. Until we switch back the EASTL (EASTL.SSEC.WISC.EDU)
loop will be shorter than normal. No action on users part is
necessary.
