Bad data in Antarctic Composites...

Just as a note to users of the Antarctic Composite images, due to a
decrypter failure at the signal source, the composites included an
encrypted Meteosat-7 image in the 6 and 9 UTC composite images
(Sept 21, 1999). It appears that this has been fixed, and should not
affect the 12 UTC or future composite images.
