[AWIPS #SJB-135776]: Connecting to beta version

If you load SPC's actual outlooks from the NCEP/Hydro --> SPC Convective 
Outlooks --> Day 3 Convective Outlook, you can see that matches what's on the 
SPC webpage: https://www.spc.noaa.gov/products/outlook/day3otlk.html

Or are you talking about the marginal and enhanced options within PGEN? If so, 
PGEN is a non-operational/experimental tool within AWIPS and is not what SPC 
uses to issue their outlooks so the same functionality should not be expected.
