[AWIPS #DKN-419500]: Proxy Server on VLAB Version

So, just to clarify, you have been running NWS CAVE v20 and pointing to our 
edex server
at "edex-cloud.unidata.ucar.edu"?
I'm surprised that was working at all, given our server is a v18/19 type hybrid 
and I
didn't think it was compatible with v20 CAVE.

Unfortunately, I've never actually heard of a proxy server requirement for CAVE 
or
EDEX, so we're unfamiliar with what you're experiencing.
