Yes, Let's have you remove CAVE, VS Build Tools, and Miniconda3 (java should be 
fine I think).
Double check the miniconda3 directory has been removed.
Then remove your user defined variables PYTHONPATH and PYTHONHOME.
I wouldn't completely delete Path, but remove all references of miniconda from 
there.

Then follow step by step the directions - for the install. For the miniconda3 
installation, click the "Install for Just me" and then specifically, as Shay 
mentioned, when installing Miniconda3, check both Advanced Options:

"Add Miniconda3 to my PATH environment variable"
and 
"Register Miniconda3 as my default Python 3.7"

Once those steps are done, let's see where miniconda3 is installed (capital or 
lowercase) and see what your path variables look like.

If they look okay, then you can proceed with the steps.
