[AWIPS #OGR-486583]: ldm is not starting on Edex server(s)

I'm sorry to hear ldm is giving you trouble.  Can you try running the following
commands as the user awips:
 ldmadmin delqueue
 ldmadmin clean
 ldmadmin mkqueue
 sudo service edex_ldm start

What those commands do is delete and recreate your ldm queue, because from the 
log message you sent, it looks like it may have gotten corrupted.
