[AWIPS #CTT-601105]: New AWIPS update glitches

Thank you for bringing this up.  This looks to be a bug we introduced with the 
last release.  We have fixed the bug and are rebuilding the new installer right
now.  It will be updated on our website soon (the same link in the installation
page).  I will send you a message when it's ready for download, and a few quick
instructions of what to do.
