[AWIPS #NMT-970867]: Forecaster AWIPS?

I don't have access to the Weather Event Simulator and it is not as simple as 
it sounds to get archived data into AWIPS. Sorry we can't be of more help right 
now. 

There are some options of using python to plot satellite data.
